Billing details, transaction records, and subscription data. Payment card information is processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Venmo, PayPal) and is never stored on BookLyt’s servers.

D. Technical & Usage Data
When you visit our website, we automatically collect non-identifying technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, session duration, and interaction data via cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Wix Analytics, Google Analytics).

E. Tutor Application Data
Tutors may provide academic history, resumes, references, availability, and subject expertise as part of the application and onboarding process.

We collect this information directly from you, through cookies and analytics, or from third-party tools integrated with our platform.

These processors handle data solely on our behalf under contractual obligations requiring compliance with strict data protection and confidentiality standards.

Children's Policy

BookLyt provides educational services to students ages 6–18 and fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable child data protection laws.

Parents/guardians have full control over their child’s information and may request access, correction, or deletion at any time.
